All of our housing facilities operate under one or more government programs that
restrict income and/or age for occupancy. The specific income limits differ
between location and program type. Please contact the local facility office for
details. All of our facilities except for Tampa Presbyterian Village are operated
for the elderly. Applicants at these facilities must be 62 years of age or older
to be accepted for occupancy. Some programs accept under-aged applicants with
certain physical impairments. Please contact us directly for details.

Besides the qualifications of the specific government programs, applicants are also
screened regarding their financial and rental history to determine their suitability
for admission. Although we operate under various government regulations, we are
privately owned and set our own standards for occupancy.
