OUR GIFTING PROGRAM

Presbyterian Homes and Housing Foundation operates solely on revenues
generated by government subsidies and rents from its seventeen housing facilities.
We neither solicit nor receive any financial support from the Presbyteries or local
churches.

The Foundation acknowledges that with the continued loss of federal funds and
the increased tax assessments to non-profits by local municipalities, we may
not be able to remain self sufficient in the future and provide the same services
we do today. Toward that end, the Foundation has pledged to increase its efforts to
attract gifts from individuals and organizations to further ensure its mission into
the future.

GIFTING OPPORTUNITIES:

Persons wishing to make a tax-deductible donation either to a specific facility or
the organization in general have several options available.

Life Income Plans:
Gift plans include annuities, trusts, and pooled Income Funds. Planned giving
through Life Income Plans allows individuals to give money, securities, insurance
policies, real estate or other property. Donors benefit from life income, income
tax deductions and estate tax benefits while supporting this worthwhile mission
of the church.

Direct Gifts:
Immediate donations of real estate, appreciated securities or other assets are
also welcome.

Programs such as these can be set up by a number of different organizations.
The Presbyterian Church (USA) Foundation is one such organization which
establishes and administers these programs on behalf of the Presbyterian Homes
and Housing Foundation.

To receive more detailed information regarding the various gifting plans, please
refer to the contact page, and be sure to put in your name, address, and any type
of additional information you wish to receive.
